A great management system is how we can do so many things. It
not only depends on top notch software but also on great quality
control, proofing and communication processes.
A key to Graphic Visions being able to work on many projects
at one time is our good planning procedures. For example, for very
large jobs, we rely on Microsoft Project Plan to help identify milestones
that we must meet and keep track of how timely we are toward reaching
the final delivery goal. |
