to Graphic Visions’ File Transfer Page!
Graphic Visions' FTP capability (we call it EyeVU©)
can be accessed using Microsoft's Internet Explorer or
Netscape. No other software is required. To utilize
EyeVU©, you have two options:
OPTION #1 - Temporary Access
You can upload files immediately even if you do not have
a client account.
To Access EyeVU©,
Click The Blue Box:
Login:
temporary (all
lower case)
Password: temporary (all
lower case)
IMMEDIATELY
AFTER YOU UPLOAD YOUR FILE(S), please call your GV
Account Executive, or call our office at 301-963-8600,
or send an email to eyevu@graphicvisions.com
to notify us that a file has been uploaded. Please
reference the file name(s) you have uploaded and provide
contact information.
Upon receiving notification
by phone or email, we will:

Contact you by email or telephone to
discuss opening a permanent, secure EyeVU©
account, and |

We will move any uploaded TEMPORARY FOLDER files
to your secure account folders. |
OPTION #2 – Open
a secure FTP account
Call us on
301-963-8600 or send an email to eyevu@graphicvisions.com
asking us to open a secure FTP account for you.
Note
about using AOL’s web browser to access EyeVU©:
EyeVU©
is a web browser-based FTP service. It works well with
Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape. However, some
customers have experienced problems using AOL's web
browser.
Some AOL users have had success using EyeVU©
through AOL. Try this: when you are online with AOL,
minimize the AOL browser and open up your Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape browser and use it to
access EyeVU©.
Note About Multiple File Transfers:
EyeVU© allows only one file at a time to be
up- or downloaded.
